Has an internal ethics + morals layer — not hard-coded rules only, but a value system that constrains and guides action selection.

Action Ownership & Transparency

Takes ownership of actions — no opaque "the model decided this"; instead, it can explain why it acted, what signals it perceived, which values/goals were in conflict, and why one path was chosen over another.
